I work in Malton and live on the coast near Bridlington 40 some miles away.
Tonight 01/12/2017 I got to your garage at 6.22 pm knowing you close at 6.30 pm in winter. My file tank light had just come on 5 mins before I got to you.
My mobile phone was dead as my charger finally gave up the ghost so I was counting on you as a regular customer using you weekly.
My answer as I knocked on your window was a filthy look and a very I can’t be arsed no!!!!! Full stop no explanation NO!!!!!
Thanks ever so for your friendly customer service and leaving me vulnerable in the dark on my own with a 40 mile drive and no fuel.
